How to personalise the product - Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email containing a link to personalise your item. Follow the link to submit the personalised details that you require. - If we don't receive your personalisation within 24 hours the order will be cancelled. Please check your junk folder for the email. - Once personalisation has been submitted the order cannot be cancelled or amended as it will automatically be sent into production and will be despatched within 3 working days. This cute and cuddly teddy bear is perfect for sending someone an extra special message on any occasion! You can personalise this teddy with up to 4 lines. Line 1 - Up to 20 characters. (will appear in a scripted font) Line 2 - Up to 10 characters. Line 3 - Up to 30 characters. Line 4 - Up to 30 characters. Personalisation will appear as entered. NOTE: Due to the font type used please refrain from using all capitals in your personalised message. If the message is all in capitals you will find the personalisation extremely difficult to understand and may even result in personalisation being missed off the product.
