Followed with a splash of warm water and circular movements, instantly emulsifies it into an effective cleansing milk that can be rinsed off easily. Warm a small amount of balm between clean, dry palms and apply to face, neck and dcollet. Add water and cleanse using circular massage movements. Rinse thoroughly.
