This home smoking oven makes it easy to use at home. The box is 37cm x 27cm and fits perfectly inside an oven or under your BBQ lid. Fill the base with pre-soaked wood chips and place your food on the rack supplied. The lid will trap the smoke once your oven is hot and will flavour your food with a variety of smoky flavours.
