General description The Makita DC40RA compact fast charger is designed for XGT 40V Max lithium-ion batteries. With the included ADP10 charging adapter, it is also capable of fast charging LXT 14.4V and 18V batteries. This charger is up to 25% faster than previous LXT chargers (DC18RC and DC18RD) and allows for the flexibility of charging new 40V Max batteries.
