New for 2020, DeWalt's DCMHT563 is a cordless hedge trimmer which is powered by a DeWalt 18v XR power tool battery. Compared with the original DCM563 model it offers an increased tooth spacing of 25mm for a larger cut capacity with less jamming in thicker stems. The DCMHT563 has a lightweight, balanced design with an ergonomic overmoulded grip for comfortable handling and reduced fatigue when using the machine for longer periods. It can be used with any DeWalt 18v XR power tool battery as well as the larger Flexvolt batteries which will give it a huge increase in runtime, enabling larger jobs to be completed on a single charge if need be. This kit version is supplied complete with a battery charger and a 5ah battery which provides enough capacity for up to 75 mins runtime when fully charged.
